SHIPPING

Portugal

Shipping is FREE for all orders throughout Portugal. Your order will be shipped from Lisbon, Portugal via CTT Expresso. If you are buying a model from our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation within 24-48 hours and will be provided with a tracking number to be able to follow your package. It might take longer if you make your order on Saturday, Sunday or on Portuguese bank holidays as we usually do not process orders on those days. For urgent deliveries please email us contact@thinkinggbrand.com and we will do our best to help.

Delivery hours take place between 9am and 7pm on working days. If you don’t collect the package on first attempt, a notification will be left in your postbox with pick up instructions.

International

THINKING G works with UPS carrier for international shipments. Approximate delivery time is 3-5 working days. The rate will be automatically calculated during check out.

Custom duties taxes may apply outside Europe and we are not responsible for this. We can’t predict you will have duties taxes nor their amount.

RETURNS

All the purchased items can be returned at your own cost within 14 days from the reception of the order. All the merchandise has to be sent in the same perfect  condition as received – in other words you need to return it unworn and undamaged with all the labels. Gifting objects must be returned as well.

Please follow the next steps to proceed with return process.

  1. Contact contact@thinkinggbrand.com if you would like to return a product. Please use packaging included in your original purchase to return the item.
  2. Once you receive the answer from Customer Service, please send the package at your own cost to:

Once our quality control team has approved the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. We will use the original form of payment to refund you.
